YOUR WORDS ARE POWERFUL
Your words are powerful! Speak God's Word and you won't go wrong. (Prov. 12:18,
says "the tongue of the wise is health". Why does it say that? Because just a
few chapters later in Prov. 18:21 it says, "death and life are in the power of
the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit (thereof)".
So choose to speak wisely. Forget stewing over the problem! Start stewing over
the problem solver, Jesus! And remember that divine health comes from spending
time with the Healer.
It's wonderful to be in good health. There is no way I could stay healthy
without God in my life! If I just had to go on my family's medical history, I'd
already be dead, because heart attacks, heart disease, cancer and diabetes all
run in my family.
As far as I know, I am the only one in my family, who has not had a heart attack
before forty three years of age. Some have had them as early as their early
forties. And here I am past forty and healthy! That right there is a testament
of the miraculous power of God! You see, I believe that although certain
sicknesses run in my family, they don't have a right to run in me. Why? because
I believe that God's Word covers all sickness and disease, whether it comes from
genes or not! His word is more credible than my family's medical history. Genes
aren't more powerful than God! Physical things are not more powerful than
spiritual things! God is omnipotent and He knows no limitations. His healing is
more than enough, and His divine health is too much! But just because I know
that spiritual things are more powerful than physical things doesn't mean that I
ignore my physical body.
Matthew 8:17, He himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.
Deuteronomy 7:15 And the Lord will take away from thee all sickness.
